These guys buy in bulk & sell very competitively, occasionally one slips though the net that is not quite up to standard, this last purchase sadly wasn’t. However, their customer service is good, so they were quick enough to accept the return, with a prompt refund to follow. An amazingly efficient service. Well priced, honest in the picture and the product was exactly as expected. Communication through chat, quick and efficient,polite and friendly. They even threw in a charger for free as a bonus. Postage, fast, given it was the lead up to Christmas and packaging is so good Ive kept it to sell my previous PC laptop. It was much better than described and shown in pictures. Well-packed and delivered in timely manner. True value for money. It was my first time trying a macbook, unfortunately I couldnt understand mac. I requested a return and refund. They were very kind enough to accept the return and refund quickly.
