Seller has fast and great response time but unfortunately sent the wrong item it was not the laptop that was pictured or described I was offered a replacement but I returned the item for a refund.

Avoid at all costs. Marked as shipped on Monday morning with next day delivery. I stressed how important it is. Seller keeps insisting they gave it to Royal Mail but the tracking and royal mail themselves are saying they’ve not received anything and that the seller has purchased the shipping online and marked as despatched on the dashboard but not actually handed the item over. Keeps asking for more time that just keeps passing with no proof of shipping.

This laptop, the screen is not coming on. It looks great but without the screen coming on the purpose is defeated.
I have charged it and the keypads show signs of the laptop coming on by turning green but the SCREEN is just dead.
It appears the seller did not check out the product before sending it off to me.
Sad and disappointing.
I will have to initiate a return of the product.
I have also contacted the seller to give him this information as well.
